The Evangelical Methodist Church turns 80 this year!  The Lord guided our founders to establish a connection of churches committed to a firm conviction in the authenticity and authority of the Bible and to a Wesleyan view of salvation offered to the whole world.

This summer's gathering will be our 34th General Conference, and we are excited to invite you to come!

WHO: Credential Holders, Delegates, & Guests
In addition to EMC credential holders who are required to attend the conference as part of their responsibilities, every local church may send up to five voting delegates.  However, we welcome an unlimited number of guests.  The fellowship will be great, and our speakers will be impactful.  We pray everyone comes away with a renewed passion and, hopefully, new tools in their tool belts.

WHEN: July 21-24, 2026
General Conference 2026 will officially convene at 8:15 a.m., Tuesday, July 21.  The check-in desk will open at 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday, but for those who arrive on Monday, there will be an optional open house at the church from 4-7 p.m., should you wish to see the venue and check in early.  The conference will adjourn before lunch on Friday, July 24.

REGISTRATION: Registration Deadline is June 20
The last day to register without a late fee is June 20, and it is also the last day to secure a hotel room at one of the two pre-arranged hotels listed below at the group rate.  Beginning June 21, there will be a late registration fee of $30 per adult, and children will need to pay an activity fee of $20.

The final cutoff for all registrations is July 1. The automated registration link will close, and the final headcount will be given to the caterers.   If you need further assistance, call the EMC office: 317-780-8017.

MEALS AND LODGING:
MEALS - All adult registrants must purchase the meal package.   We have contracted with "Fork and Flavor Catering" to provide 4 high-quality meals served on-site, plus an opening-night reception after church on Tuesday.  You will be on your own for Tuesday's dinner, Wednesday's lunch, and we will adjourn before lunch on Friday.  Our meals together will be an essential part of our connection during these days.

 LODGING - YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS. 
We have secured group rates at two nearby hotels within 10 minutes of the church.  ($129/night for 1 king or $139/night for 2 beds).  You can make a reservation at either of them in one of two ways:
